Is the Franchise Term Renewable?

Franchisees of good standing may renew their Mister Donut franchise license for another period of four (4) years and will be given a 50% discount on the prevailing Franchise Fee. If the franchisee decides to terminate their franchise agreement, they cannot refund their investment except for the security deposit.
